"Within a bespoke building that is a part of my own home, I offer everything that your dog could need; from a wash up and brush up, to nail trimming to a full groom. Grooming should be an enjoyable experience, not a stressful one, so I aim to provide a spa like environment for your dog to come along and be pampered.
I work on a one to one basis which means I don't need to use crates, when your dog visits they will be the only one in the salon receiving my full attention.
I understand a trip to the groomers can be stressful for them, particularly if they have had a bad experience, don’t like being contained in one spot, don’t like noise or hate being separated from their owner. I’ve done everything I can to create an environment that eliminates these fears, I can also offer you the opportunity to bring your dog in to the salon a few times before you leave them for their treatment. That way they become familiar with the smells and sounds of the salon."

De-matting Services - All dogs can get a matt from time to time, I offer two services to help with this and we will discuss them both at the time of booking and when your dog arrives for their appointment. I can also offer advice on brushing techniques you can use at home to help avoid matts returning in the future.
1. I offer a general de-matting service for £10 for 15 minutes. I will examine your dogs coat and do my best to remove any matts I find within that time. Your dogs well-being is my biggest concern though and for that reason I won’t attempt to de-matt for any longer than this. Humanity comes before vanity, so this is really only suitable for dogs who have 1 or 2 matts and whose owners wish to keep their coat length long*
2. Clip Off - £10 - If 15 minutes isn’t enough or if on the initial examination there are several matts then I will discuss a Clip Off with you. This is a much kinder and less stressful process for your dog if they have multiple matts, and involves clipping their coat off short all over.*
*The cost of these treatments are in addition to the cost of your dogs groom.
